Third-party actions, government program changes, or regulatory decisions;

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF GOW FORESTRY OR NERDBRAINZ LLC FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THIS SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GOW FORESTRY FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
